It's the most hardcore once all replacement clutch to come out for the evo so far. Marco from magnus runs this clutch on his drag car that runs 9's

It is extreme over kill for 99.9% of us... but there is no arguing with the construction. It will be interesting to see how they drive/hold up.

That would be interesting to hear the feedback on.

Our Twin disc Carbon-Carbon is the only one of its kind that has a true rebuild program which results in a clutch that will be the last clutch that you ever buy!!! Just think about all of the other manufactures like Exedy, ORC, ATS, and Cusco clutches both the ceramic or the Semi-Carbon DOESN'T extend the full rebuildabilty of this expensive clutch ($1300~$3100). Those clutches will not only become warped but it can slip under boost since the contact friction surfaces (Flywheel, Floater, and the Pressure Plate casting) is all metal. What's the point if it is a half-*** rebuild and it ends up costing you in upwards of $600.00 per disc! Make a wise investment if this is your goal to get a twin disc. Those are my 2cent.

RPS BREAKING NEWS: Saad Saad made 1453RWHP as the world's First Street Supra to do this!! With our of the shelf PRO Twin Disc Carbon-Carbon! This is only rated @ 1000RWTQ! The EVO 8 clutch is based on the same principle as this Supra clutch!!! RPS will be conducting R&D to further exceed in this Carbon-Carbon technology.

Its a new clutch so it has not been tested. It should be out shortly and I will let you know as I have a couple people that have the clutch on order. RPS has proven themselves already and I'm sure this will be a product that will exceed all expectations.

Want to let us in on the cost to the customer for that "rebuild program"? Parts? etc. What is the longevity looking like. Just because it is rebuild-able doesn't mean people really what to have to pull the thing out often.

I heard $400-$600...but I dont want to put words in JT's mouth... I've seen one in the flesh fantastic workmanship and engineering..truely the last clutch you will need to buy for your evo. (and YES I'm saving my pennies too)

Like I said Robi... "...there is no arguing with the construction...". I've seen uglier parts, by far, put on new commercial aircraft. I'm just interested in seeing how well the "pretty stuff" works.

PS come on Lotto!
