What Mods, Tuning? HELP :)

Hey,

I was originally planning on getting a stand alone, but due to cost, tuning experience needed, emissions concerns, etc. I am reconsidering my mod path. If you could give me some advice I would really appreciate it.

My car already has an mbc and an intake. I have bought, but have yet to install, a Buschur 3" turboback (with test pipe), Walbro fuel pump, Forge DV, Greddy oil catch can, and a Defi BF series red boost gauge. I should also have a Lancer Shop short shifter kit arriving shortly. I know some of that isn't really performance-related, but I'm excited so I wanted to list everything My goals for the car are mid to high 12's in the 1/4 mile with these mods. I would like to eventually get into the low ot mid 11's with bigger FMIC, turbo upgrade, injectors, etc.

I plan on buying a Greddy E-Manage, HKS cams, and some cam gears.

So, here are my questions:
  1. Will this get me to my 1/4 mile time goals? What kind of power would you expect me to make?
  2. How much should installation and tuning of the gears, cams, and E-Manage be and who can do it in the North East? I can do the rest myself.
  3. Would you go another route? I wouldn't need a ECU flash with this right? I have to keep expenses right around $2000.
  4. What do I need to do to pass emissions (OBD-II test) with this set up? Any special considerations?
  5. What other advice can you offer me?

I think that's about it. Sorry for the long post. Thanks for reading, I could really use some help here

Thanks bro It looks like they got into the high high 12's with similar mods. But they used the SAFC-II, unless I missed something. How much better do you think the E-Manage would do? I need some more specific guidance before I can justify spending this much cash.

Haven't installed it yet. I'm not getting back home until Christmas so that's when I'm planning on throwing all this stuff on. I hope someone can chime in with their experience. I really have no idea how to procede.
