I jsut installed the Lancer SS kit in my car today. I followed the how to on here and the instructions were awesome. Whoever made that post up thank you so much it really did help me. The car really does shift tons better than it use to. Sometimes when I shift I still get that Knotchy feeling but its very rare compared to the way it use to shift. The throw is a little shorter, as for the overall height the shifter is shorter. I read some reviews on this about how it was hard to shift. I have yet to experience any problems with shifting gears or anything. I did also install the bushings under the hood as well as in cab. Not sure if it was the bushigs or the shifter but the car drives better thats for sure. I think this is a great product and its the beswt 110 bucks ive spent on any of my cars .
