po 234 fuel cut problems

I pulled the code:
DTC P0234: Turbocharger Wastegate System Malfunction

I recently installed a walbro 255 and 264/264's.

Any ideas for S-afc settings or alterations to buschurs stage 2?
Possibly some colder plugs for starters?

MODs are:

MAF induction pipe INJEN kit w/ upper I.C. piping & Forge D.V.
Boost set to ~20 w/Halman pro rx
Full 3" Turboback

I have a stage rev flash that will eliminate this condition for $79.99

And our through the mail flash will also fix it for $200 and you get a tune at the same time

what is a staged rev flash? I would not to completely eliminate the of the stock ECU's safety features unless I absolutely have to. I believe it is saving my butt right now. Three feul cuts at WOT in the past two days. Weather is in the mid to high 50's however.

I would like to street tune, using a wideband. What are the benefits/disadvantages versus the flash
