quest for 10s

Hey guys....well many of you may know about my car and what i was tryin to do as well as its accomplishments of being (as far as i know) the fastest flashed ecu evo. Here are some links to its times and mods at the time.

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=105552

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=101960

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=105260

Anyway, its undergone some serious changes since those times. I finally got my turbo kit sold and its now running on another car (still needs the remaining mods i had to run my flashed ecu) . So Matt the owner of www.slickmotorsports.com suprised me with a option that i couldn't pass up . Lets make a custom equal length manifold , do whatever turbo you want and make the rest of the kit just like we did the last time with great results. I am the first to say that kit i sold will can totally can go 10s with that small 3037 turbo...it is a great kit.
So i just got pics of my stuff as its being fabricated (which is happening at a amazingly quick speed (he is making two kits and one is sold to vividevoVIII on the boards. I was originally going to go with RNR but now looks like i am going totally custom again. Let me tell you guys though..Ryan at RNR is a awesome guy and does amazing work and is super cool. I got my intake manifold and throttle body off of them. If i wasn't going completely custom i WOULD get a kit from them. Anyway here are some pics. You can see the v-band setup we are going with also. YOu can see the gt35r in the middle and to the right a 3071 and to the left a 3037.

the AEM EMS is defienetly the way to go if you want to run 10's, and if tuned correctly you shouldn't have any driveability problems

yeah....i am working on the piston and rod setup i want right now...not completely sure which way i am going. Also, i got 880cc injectors and am looking into a bigger pump over the 255 walbro. I got my fuel pressure reg. and gauge also. So it should be good to go.

i wouldn't think you'd need a bigger pump than the walboro...

Dave, it looks good. Thanks for all the nice comments. I think you should try to run 10's on the flash. Then switch over to the AEM once you get what you want out of it. We still have the Walbro in our car, but it is definitely maxed out over 550hp.
