Difference between GT3017R & GT3037S

What is the difference between these two turbos? Is it just a more aggressive pitch in the compressor wheel, a bigger compressor wheel, does one flow alot more air then the other? Lets assume they both have a .63AR. Tryin to figure which turbo will be the best to get for a weekend driver/ raod racing (sometimes).

Both are great turbos and some how are very similar to each other.

The 3071 will spool faster (I would say 300~500 RPM)
The 3037S Will spool later but will have around ~40WHP better top end.
