MR downpipes and BOV's.....

Hello guys,
We got an MR in here yesterday and now we have the downpipes for them done. They are ready to ship, full 3" just like our others and the price is still only $275.

Also, the MR does not use a steel BOV like I see many guys talking about. It uses the same old plastic valve as all the rest.

Thanks for reading.

are the MR downpipe's going to be the same for all the 05's? or can you use a downpipe from an 03/04 to fit a regular 05?

Just to add on to what Dave said, only the JDM MR BOV's are metal. All USDM EVO's have the same valve... The plastic one.

The JDM exhausts will probably fit all the years as I guess they all had the active center differential.

As for ours it is going to be a hit and miss. If you have one of our old systems there is a very slim chance you might be able to get it on your MR. The difference is slight but it is enough that we had to change how we cut/welded and put it in the weld fixture.

With this new exhaust will we still be able to retain the stock lower tie bars on the Evo MR?

Thanks...

This downpipe does retain the lower tie bars. Should also fit the gsr.

No dyno runs on an MR if that is what you are asking, we have been doing a ton of work on the RS on the dyno though.
