Cat delete pipes have a tendance to throw a Check Engine Light (cel)

This is due to an abnormal reading from the Oxygen sensor (o2) mounted inside the cat or test pipe. The cel fix is just that, a fix. You have to access the wiring harness for the o2 sensor under the passenger seat and hardwire the cel fix to the harness. This overrides the signal from the o2 sensor to the ecu, keeping you from getting a cel.

i have a helix de-cat pipe on the stock exhaust. with spark plug anti foulers plugged in to the manual cel eliminator on the test pipe i have not had one cel. i think it adds about 15 hp even on the stock exhaust. sounds stock too.

The UR test pipe is the best one. No cel ever and it's only $90 shipped.

Is the UR test pipe 3inch?

Got 2 questions.
What exactly is a high flow cat compared to a test pipe. Wouldnt any stainless steel 3inch test pipe work just as good as other brands because its just a pipe with no bend and a hole in it

i think that any 3 inch test pipe would work just the same. i also think a high flow cat has less or larger size bends than the stock cat
