can ya do me a favor?

hi all, i'm from the usdm lancer side of things and would like to ask about a few things about the evo. would anybody happen to have pictures of how the evo battery tray bolts into the engine bay? also pics of the stock evo air box with the ram air thing removed?

i'm looking to use the evo battery tray to relocate the battery in my usdm lancer. also want to see how the maf sensor bolts into the evo air box to see if i could use that too. not the maf, but want to use the air box and ram air thing. thanks, much help appreciated.

The airboxes are different I know that much BUUUT the MAS bolt up should be the same (Evo just doesn't have a restrictor plate). You'd have a different filter from the normal Lancer though. As for the battery tray, get yourself some internal bay shots. Don't see the point of doing this though as there'd definitely be some fitment issues and reloacting the batter for sake of using the Evo air box is overkill. In addition, please try to title your thread with something that's actually pertaining to the content of it.

or how about a link to an overseas dealer of oem dealership parts for the evo? the kind with diagrams from the mitsu catalog. kind of like www.partznet.com . too bad they don't have evo parts...

as for why i want them, maybe cheaper than a CAI, safer, and a more unique engine bay. wouldn't say it's overkill if there WEREN'T fitment issues, so it doesn't hurt to ask. besides, i think i asked for pics since i doubted if anyone definately knew they fit or not.
