So I am getting ready to do a semi complete overhaul of the hoses in an evo. Focusing mainly on the cooling system right now, My question is this what hose should I buy I am getting russel lines and fittings for my dual catch can assembly and would like to stick with them? so what size is the radiator hose the leads to the radiator over flow unit.

Ummm, the overflow line is tiny, not sure of exact size, but it's damn small.

What's the point of replacing hoses that are 2 yrs old?

 

engine dress up is all and since im buying them for my catch cans, and replace the stock radiator with PWR one I decided why do the hoses to so i bought samco rad. hoses and wanted to do the overflow ones as well just try ing to make it complete

 

what about doing over all your lines with steel braided

 

thats what russell (brand name) are steel braided hoses and fittings

 

I've got a question about cooling hoses. The Upper hose...Does a company make a Metal upper hose for when i install my header's?

Bought the Invidia header's and they touch my upper rad hose, any fixes for this?
Was thinking about designing my own metal piping.
