well their 02 housing gets a 
from me. as with a lot of aftermaarket parts you have to mod it to fit. had to drill holes to use the factory hardware. no biggie cause i have a drill press. the hardware it comes with tho is a joke. i didn't use any of it. i would not use the gasket it comes with. just get a new donut from the dealer under 10bux. it's definitely worth the 100 bux i spent with shipping. btw, the welds are top notch. i haven't seen any better!
