it is still engaged when in neutral and the pedal is disengaged. i tried bleeding it several times. anyone have a special trick or might know what the problem might be?? any help would be greatly thankful.

There is a air pocket that forms in the brake master cyl right by the line that goes to the clutch resivor. Add some more fluid to the brake master cyl, rebleed it and you should be all good.
I would try to bleed it again like evo 8 ya said. The bleeding process is tricky in this car. If you want check out evomoto.com -general maintance section - they have a good write up about it.
