FMIC and turbo kit choice

I'm planning to get an aftermarket FMIC and was wondering if certain models are incompatible with certain turbo kits. For example, the AMS turbo kits include a lower IC pipe. This makes me think that if you have a Buschur Deluxe FMIC with the integrated LIC pipe that you might have some fabrication to do with an AMS turbo kit. I know that Al used to have a Buschur FMIC and now has an AMS turo kit, but I believe he switched to an AMS intercooler. Anyone have any info on this?

I've got the parts you mention (not installed yet) however I've seen AMS comment that it worked. I didn't specificly ask when I placed my order, as I don't mind modifying the lower pipe or fabricating a new one if needed.

I'm under the assumption that the AMS lower pipe is of a two piece design. Much like their lower pipe for the stock turbocharger. The first section probably lines up decently with the short routed lower of the Buschur IC. At least that's what I hope to find once my kit arrives.

Either way, I'll make it work.
