clutch and warrenty is it worth it?

So i just got all my work done to my car and im out of money. Well now my clutch is going out pretty bad. I can get a new one installed for around 1k which i dont have. So i have 25,000 miles and ive heard people talk about clutch isnt covered under warrenty. Is there anyway to fight it or get around it? Has any1 got a free one under warrenty? I know i need a upgraded clutch and i want a upgraded 1 but no money. So if anyone thinks it be worth fighting for let me know please.
Eric

The clutch is considered a wear and tear item and is covered under a 12,000 mile limited warranty. There is no way you would get it covered at 25,000 miles, even if your car were still stock.

I agree, I just got my synchros fixed under warranty and they did not warranty teh clutch, it was slipping pretty bad. They did however install my ACT clutch for me for a small fee.
