the install took about 5-6 hours. it was the first time i took it apart so it was all new to me. i ended up match porting the turbo mani to the new 10.5 side. this took about 1 hour or so! the ports on the manifold are way smaller then the ports on both hotsides. the car seems to be a little bit more laggy. a noticeable amount of lag compared to stock. boost seems to transition a little slower but comes on smoother and where the old housing fell off this one keeps pulling all the way!!!!!!!!!!! does fall off just a touch around 5-6k(boost tapering) but nothing like stock. I think once the ecu does some learning it will be able to spool a little better. nick.

I don't understand how you can perform this install, but you don't know how to reset the ecu sorry man but that's

i was just wondering if there was a different way to reset the ecu w/o disconnecting the battery. btw, not overly impressed with this housing yet. maybe it will make more power when the ecu learns or when i add a turbo back and other mods.

why are you looking for a different way to reset your ECU? Disconnecting the negative battery cable seems pretty simple and straightforward...

i was just curious. i use to own a honda and wasn't sure if the mitsu was different. some say disconnect the power and reconnect and some say leave the power off for 15 minutes.

how hard was the installation? 1-10 scale where 10 being the most difficult.
any problem loosening bolt between manifold and turbo?
