Greddy Ti exhaust or Tanabe Ultra medallion?

I'm trying to keep it as quiet as possible, but gain some hp

I'll be using the stock cat and stock dp for now.

 

I have the tanabe with a stock dp and cat (so far) and it's not bad. I don't have a reference, so I'm not directly answering your question. I definitely didn't think it was too loud, but my GF thinks it's a bit noisy...keep in mind, the tanabe is only Ti for the muffler/tip while I believe the Greddy is all Ti.
