Where to buy pregapped BPR8ES & BPR7ES??
Ok so I've looked at around a dozen vender websites.. non have the BPR8ES listed.
Where can I get a set of BPR8ES pregapped to .25mm and a set of BPR7ES regapped to .28mm?
Or where can I get both sets of plugs.... and a nice gap tool?
Prefer to buy from a vendor if possible.

Check out www.lancershop.com They have BPR7RES
Any reputable, non-chain store, auto parts can help you on this. These are both very common universal part number plugs. Even the dumbest of chain stores in my area stocks them.
No spark plugs come pre-gapped. I've worked in the automotive aftermarket for over 20 years now and beleive me when I say, "There are no pre-gapped plugs on the market today, regardless of manufacture claims".

If your having trouble finding those plugs let me know I can get them for you. DJT I have worked in the automotive aftermarket for about 12 years myself, your only half right NGK DOES pre-gap thier plugs (the suffix of the part number IE -7, -11) specifies gap. Now weather or not that gap holds true in shipping...thats another story. For the little amount of time it takes to check/reset gap its silly not to do it.
EDIT: Try using the stock number for those plugs if your having trouble finding them at a chain store, usually those chain stores don't have the greatest counterpeople and if you say "I need NGK #3923" you might have better results.
BTW : BPR8ES = 3923
BPR7ES = 2023
