Need HELP Asap w/boost not being held....

Well I dont really know what is going on, I have the 38mm Tial, 35r and tial BOV. I have the hose nipple on the side of the wastegate going to the side of the Manual Boost controller (Hallman Pro), and the top of the Manual Controler T'ed inbetween the boost line by the crankcase filter and the BOV. I tried this again with a normal basic boost controler, and the boost still wil not build. Until I start adjsuting it and then it spikes up high (26psi) and then falls back to wastegate pressure (14psi). Im running out of ideas so if you can help .......Thanks

It sounds like your BOV maybe causing your issue. Try tapping it off the compressor housing.

Pics.....of both the normal boost controller, and then me holding up the Hallman how it was set up. The set up was working just fine with the stock turbo. I dont think its the BOV..

Were you using the Tial with the stock turbo? Were you using a manual boost controller "T" in at the BOV w/ the stock turbo?

BTW, I am going through my own boost control nightmare w/ my XEDE right now. Also, I would love to know how that turbo spools up, since I have the same manifold.

Try hooking it up this way.

You need to tap the compressor housing or use this part to get a boost pressure source from the hot pipe so you can feed that directly to the bottom of the wastegate then you can use your controler inbetween the two or inbetween the wastegate.

Instructions above state before throttle plate and right now you are not getting your pressure source before the throttle plate.
