A few boost questions

Should I be hitting the same psi boost in every gear? I know that in 5th gear boost tends to spike more than in others, but what about 1-4? I hit around 19 or so in 3rd, and it goes to ~20 in 4th. Which gear should I rely on to set my boost controller?

Also, I have a Hallman MBC. On Hallman's website, it says that weather won't effect their boost controllers. Does this mean that my boost will stay at the same level whether it is 80 or 10 degrees outside? I understand the concept of colder air being denser, and thus producing more boost but Hallman's statement has me confused. What is it about the Hallman that it is insusceptible to weather changes?

4th gear for your max boost. It will be the highest boost.

No MBC can compensate for weather, only an EBC will.
