Buschur vs. stock TBE

I finally got around to installing my TBE. I did this Sunday afternoon along with the lawn and other chores so it wasn't a tough job. The hardest part was dealing with the damn plastic clips. Yeah, I took the undertray off to make it "easier" to get at things. Since I haven't seen any pictures here I layed out the Buschur and stock side by side. It looks fast just sitting there. And from doing it myself, the weight difference is real! It's just a little lounder with more rumble at idle and part-throttle cruising shouldn't attract much attention. I'm hoping to let it sing at Nelson Ledges on Saturday. Oh, I found everything to fit right up (did need the spacers for the braces) and everything I needed was included.

Thanks for the post Dave. Let us know how you like it once you get to "let it sing".

Maybe you'll hear it. How far is Wakeman from Garrettsville?

Not quite sure. I know we're about 2 hours from Columbus.

I didn't know that the BR downpipe opening is actually smaller than the stock downpipe opening!

That's without the donut in the stocker. The outlet of the O2 housing fits inside the downpipe.
