Im noticiing this problem too... i just got my transfercase fluid drained and refilled yesterday with the oem diaqueen fluid. When i turn left or right, sometimes it would make noises (sounds kinda like my brakes but my brakes are still good no squeaking at all). Should i wait drive a lil bit more to let the fluids break in? or is something already wrong?
