I just recieved my 3071r kit with .82 housing but still waiting for the motor to be finished.
I was wondering what you guys hold max boost at?
Will this turbo hold @28psi to redline more or less?

Atp 3071r with .82 housing buschur stg 3 head and buschur 2.4 stroker motor..

 

I'm running 27-28 psi past red line, it would probably run higher boost as well but my MAP sensor only reads up to 29psi. I'm also running the ATP 3071 with .82 a/r.

 

damn... your spool is going to be crazy with a 2.4 and a 3071R!!! well the .82 housing is going to slow you down a little bit. Most people with bid displacement are going GT35R

As far as selecting the 3071 over 35, I am looking for a quick spooling street car that can hopefully run about 450whp at all times on 100octane.

I have seen my turbo hold up to 29 psi to redline and I have the 63A/R....

on pump I hold 23~24 psi like a rock.
