New Clutch....Flywheel Too???

Hey guys I am in the process of getting a new clutch. I am going with the ACT street clutch and I was curious if they are any big advantages of getting a flywheel too. I would prefer not too because of the cost savings but if there is a big improvement with a new flywheel as well I would do it. Thanks for the help

I would just resurface your stock flywheel... the advantages (and disadvantages) of an aftermarket flywheel aren't really worth the extra cash... lightened flywheels for our cars aren't even much lighter than the stock one anyways...

I would get a new one for sure. Search the forums and you will see tons of threads with the same topic.

1st, You'll love that ACT Street clutch. If, on the 5th, you come to the Springs Meet: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=138954, I'll let you drive mine around the block. Get a feel for the ACT clutch.
2nd: I would do some research about flywheels and find the best for the price. Like I've said before, I wish I gotten the flywheel when I got my clutch replaced.

For strength, heat dissipation and of course reduction in weight. And considering that you go to Bandi all the time, you might want to consider one. Just my 2 cents.
