injector duty and % upgrade
If you go 800cc or larger..you're probably wanna go PRO drag..due to set up needed for running very large injectors (ie cams, turbine and serious head work. 720cc is probably the largest you wanna go for street set-ups (ie. combined with 25g or T67 or even 3037s) driveability/ power ups have to be balanced for street applications.

Almost certain the USDM Evo VIII can achieve that figure easily or better .. since the auto has roughly the same power as the USDM version

Anyhow, i hope the EVO is as easy to extract power out of, as the DSM's were... They come stock with 560cc injectors, thats a lot of room for fueling!!!

im ganna see how far the 560's can go before upgrading them. claudius is running 11's with the factory injectors at only 92% duty. my engine manament system can handle 90% injector duty. however, much more than that factory injectors start to mess up. i think il get 400 crank hp with stock injectors, stock turbo, stock engine. its what im shooting for by summer

At least Mitsu didnt stiff the US with smaller injectors and a smaller turbo. They usually detune vehicles by doing one of those two things. We either get the puny-*** turbo (like a T-25 or something like that) or some 400cc+ injectors with an inneficient intercooler.

The Evo's should be able to get more HP out of them. The 400HP hsould be obtainable with the correct turbo. BTW, to get a reverse rotational compressor wheel (20G) is almost impossible. Mitsu does not make it, so you will have to try and get it from a Garrett supplier or a turbo supplier in the UK for now. No one the states makes anything for it.

Dont forget that you can increase the flow of injectors by simply raising fuel pressure. Higher output pump or FPR and you got more flow. On wrx's tuned for 10.8-11:1 A/F, the IDC of the 565cc STi injectors goes to 100% somewhere around 300whp give or take 10whp (Id have to look it up, but thats pretty close). The smart tuners step up to 650cc at this point!
20G's on a wrx hit 1bar by 3500rpm and 1.5bar by 4500rpm, what the hell do you consider decent boost? Buschur is making a mitsu turbo bolt on kit for the wrx and should have some results in 2 weeks for the 16g's and a 20g here in the states.

On a 20g, which is not that big a turbo at all, you should be getting boost MUCH sooner... there are tons of people out there with much bigger turbos than 20gs getting boost alot sooner than 5K.... without n20!
