i just installed a blitz dttx and i also have a defi d boost gauge. for the dtt, I tapped into the vaccum line right behind the cubby where i put my dtt (off the line runing to the boost gauge). now when i take it to red line, i get an audible boost leak sound from behind the cubby, but both boost gauges (the defi d & the dttx) don't show a boost leak, just the nomal taper to 16-18 psi (cars stock, so thats nomal). also i dosen't seem like performance is down. the only idea i have is thats just the sound it makes when the boost goes into the dttx. any input would be appreciated

never even heard of dttx wtf is it man and I might could explain?

 

its the blitz dtt turbo timer but it is like a traditonal timer; as in its one unit, not a brain and a display, and they call it the dttx

odd because when i drive my sad stock evo and hit boost at full throttle only at about 5000rpm to red line i here a loud hiss from the driver tire area. let off the gas just a slite tad and its gone. any ideas
