triple is not recommended for a daily driver

a twin plate should be your max

you won't need a tripple until you are well into 500hp, the ACT single is great for most applications around 400hp. Of course it all depends on what you do with the car, if you are drag racing at the track every weekend then a tripple may be what you need.

I have had the following clutches in my 4g63's:

ACT 2600 x 2
ACT 2900 x 1
ACT 6 puck x 1
RRE 2900 x 1
HKS Twin Plate x 1

and NOW

ATS Triple Plate x 1

and from my experience with those clutches the best hands down is the ATS Triple Plate.

Let me explain myself....

Get the following clutches if the following applies:

ACT 2900 / RRE 2900 (lesser of the two) - Little money to spend and not planning on going much past 300 whp if it's your daily driver and you want to race it a every now and then.
ACT 6 puck - Little money to spend and not planning on going much past 400 whp if it's NOT your daily driver (very harsh on drivetrain for daily driver) and you want to race it often. It's very bad in stop and go traffic.
HKS Twin Plate - Some money to spend and not planning on going much past 350 whp if it's your daily driver (still a little harsh on the drivetrain) and you want to race it often. I wouldn't want to do a lot of stop and go traffic.
ATS Triple Plate - A lot of money to spend and want something that will hold just about anything you throw at it (it can also be rebuilt). It can be daily driven (still a little harsh on your drivetrain) but I wouldn't want to do a lot of stop and go traffic.

ALSO

I would not bother with a lighter flywheel unless you want all the power you can get out of it. It makes it harder to launch and daily drive the car with a lighter flywheel. It's really not worth it in my opinion if you were not planning on going much past 300 whp.

Those are my opinions and take them for what they are...

RPS single is the shizzz and can handle up to 500hp, I just got mine and it's a dream. My car catches to high hell with the RPS.
