My car is throwing a P0335 and P0340 which is the crankshaft position sensor circuit and camshaft position sensor circuit. Anybody heard of this happening? or delt with this problem? Thanks.

nope, I hoping its just bad wiring, if I reset the code the car runs like a champ.

 

Sometimes these will be triggered at extremely low RPMs. Did you stall the car (or come close to doing so) before the codes appeared?

Yes - I've seen this on a couple of Evos. I think the codes are more likely to pop if the car has altered cam timing and/or aftermarket cams. When I was messing with my K&N Typhoon intake I'd get stalls that would occasionally trip these codes.
