So here is the question, Got it yesterday and am wondering how much is safe to remove from the edges? If I had to I would say that the hotsides thickness is about a little less than 1/4 inch.

How much is a safe level to remove?

 

I would only remove enough to help flow. Err on the side of caution.

 

Are you gonna try to port match it to the stock manifold?
