I need a no flutter recirc BOV - need suggestions

I just recently put a Worx Tuning BOV on my evo and I like the sound and quality but it flutters on partial throttle. I've adjusted it to the best possible setting, but it still does the flutter. So I put the stock BOV back on and it doesn't flutter, but I really don't care for the sound it makes. I'd like some suggestions and opinions on a nice recirculating BOV that doesn't have the flutter at partial throttle and sounds decent.

Thanks

I'm going to try out the new Forge RS recirculating BOV. I can't really opine on the sound because that isn't a concern for me...

Do you have any other mods, because why do you need a BOV?

^^^ Why do you need an aftermarket BOV?

I like the louder sound from the after market BOVs. Since I have a HKS RS intake it really lets the sounds through and would like to hear more than the hiss of the Stock valve.
