Called RRE and they sell the Quaife Diff for $1475 +s&h. Looks like I'm head that route.

 

You can look at the Ralliart LSD from TRE. They are running a special on them for $1000 installed, until they are sold out. I dont know what the difference is, but that is about 2/3's the price of the quaife and that price includes installation. I dont think it is a lifetime warranty on those though. I think the website is www.teamrip.com, or the guys screenname on here is GEARS, I think. Just another alternative for you.
