stock RS blow off valve vs. MR blow off valve

hows it going guys, im a newb here with a question. what are the main diffs. between the stock blow valve on my 05 RS and the valve on the MR? better/worse? louder/quiter? adjustable? would i be better off buy an after market bov? BTW the car is bone stock right now but a turbo back and flash are comming soon. thanks.

I dont think the MR bov is any better than a stock one off a gsr or rs...

I thinks its the same.......if it was a JDM Mr Diverter itll be different......The JDM one holds boost fine....

ok then, same question but replace the u.s. mr valve with the JDM product

I would get something besides any stock replacement bov...

Jdm holds 24 psi...isnt that good enough.???.....Besides Chewymang car is stock anyways.....

thanks, and yes my car is stock now, im trying to do as much research as i can before jumping into mods with out knowing wtf is going on

MR valve is one of the BEST bov you can buy for your evo , STOCK driveablty and it holds 24-25 psi with no leaks , Other ppl will say that "the stock valve can hold that much boost b/c i hit 26 psi on my psi gage......" No I mean I took it off the car presure tested it and it will hold/not open/not leak/everything under 24psi

your stock bov is plastic, just like the usdm mr. jdm mr valve is metal.
