The HKS RS intake will not give you any noticeable gain over the K&N, plus it will require a tune to work properly, so that's definitely not worth the money.
If you want to spend $200-250, then purchase a flash and enjoy the 20+ whp gain...
The intake won't help that much b/c it will require a tune. The downpipe won't work b/c stock catalytic converter is the major bottleneck of the exhaust system. If you get a tune, the intake will get you more power.

Why do you want to purchase such an expensive intake if you already have a K&N filter? You're already getting 3-4whp from that filter and are having NO negative results in terms of hot engine air or turbulent MAF readings. The DP needs to be a 3" and needs to be combined with a cat replacement (test pipe or HFC).

i know that without tune the intake make a lean condition, but what are the results with the flash? do i keep my k&n or should i change before the flash for better results? I read a dynoflash threads and they said that Al can program the ecu for better results with an intake.
the downpipe does not need to be 3 inches at all.....in fact with a stock turbo (non 10.5 hotside), it will matter very little if you go 2.5, 2.75 or 3 inch..get what fits your budget.
The downpipes that eliminate the stock cat are excellent pieces, but not everyone wants the noise. DC Sports and RSR are the 2 most popular. If you get a downpipe that does not integrate a test pipe, then you would be very well served to either mate it to a test pipe or mate it to a high flow cat.
