Well in theroy, it should help the engine spin more freely by removing the belt powering the water pump, now i didn't have time to read the description of this electric one but it has to speed up with the engine or it won't be cooling as efficent as the pully powered one. I kinda think of it like the really rare EP3s with electronic power steering that removed the PS pump from the belt system. So i guess with the rotational mass that is reduced, it should net around 10-15 max hp on a stock 4g63
