Zeitronix Wideband Users....

I just installed my ZT2 and I can not get it to log. I connected the 12V power (red) line to pin 25 on the ECU and the ground to a bolt on the ECU bracket. I tested the voltage in the Zeitronix connector and got 12V. I also installed the green RPM wire to the 58 pin on the ECU. I tested this and it was reading a voltage in the Zeitronix connector. I am I missing anything that needs to be wired? I don't have the LED screen and am using my laptop. Is there a way that I can check my laptop connection? I made sure that the comm port was setup to 1, which is what I use on other applications.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I am going to send them an email tomorrow morning. I just wanted to see if I am just being stupid and it's something obvious.

It looks like the Zeitronix crew are at SEMA this week. Bump to any ideas?

I ran 12v power from a empty slotin fuse box or you could use the cig lighter to keep the 02 sensor from drawing power from the ecu.

The software requires hitting the enter key to start datalogging

I know about hitting enter key to start datalogging. I did that and nothing happens. It does prompt me to hit the space bar to stop logging, but it isn't logging anything. Is there some way in the software to check a connection to the wideband?

Try closing and opening the software and hit the RETURN key. I personally don't use the space bar to start/stop the logging. I only use the return key to start/stop. I noticed if i use the space bar, i have problems restartting the log. If that doesn't work, try go into the "connection settings" i think, and play with the port numbers assigned to the zeitronix on your laptop.
