*Stainless Steel Header*

My 2005 EVO MR has a turbo back exhaust(JIC dp and a HKS hi-power exhaust)...and im thinking about gettin a stainless steel header (maybe borla i dunno havent researched it alot yet), if i get one, would i need a ECU flash..and would it be a good idea to get that MOD with just a turboback exhaust???

why don't you get an mbc and a cat-delete or a high flow cat instead?

I just got the DC sports Turbo manifold. I like it so far. i had the megan racing mani first. Megan is pretty good to, but the dc sports tubing seemed to be bigger for more exhausr flow. Turbo magizine did a write up on it and it dyoned on there test car for about 11whp

Megan racing header is pretty nice. The welds are great and I am sure it will hold up to a ton of abuse. Check out my avatar to see how hot it gets This I am sure happens on a daily basis. Its been running strong for 4+ months and welds still look great. You will not need reflash or anything with the upgrade. Its been dyno proven to provide power but don't expect a ton. It really shines when you turn the boost up.

The SS manifolds are a waste of money. A home ported factory exhaust manifold is much better and will not require another tune. The SS headers make the car sound like it has an exhaust leak and usually dont hold up with time.
