I think the Exedy twin discs is a pretty popular choice

Yes. I'll vote for Exedy twin too. It will last forever if you don't drag race.

It is mroe than enough. But the HD ACT pedal pressure is heavier so I don't like it for daily driving. You may liek it though.

Exedy twin is fantastic. Holds the power and great pedal pressure.

Exedy Twin will be capable of holding around 500whp. However, I would highly recommend the carbon carbon if you have the extra cash. It will last longer and grab better when its heated up. I have the Exedy on special right now if you are interested.

Thanks,
Tom

Exedy twin will work. ATS or Exedy Carbon if you want something a little easier for daily driving that lasts longer.

we went with the Tilton ceremettalic twindisk for our car. due to its bellows style replacement throwout bearing. this new throwout bearing eliminates "retaining clip" problem that we seen happen with the pull type slave cylinder.
kirk tells me its good upto 600ftlbs...

i know your question is for a dd. but, i figure the more options the better

also, when looking for a clutch, its best to determine the amount of tq you are looking to hold, not so much the size of the turbo, or the amount of hp.

we don't sell clutches, but feel free to PM me with any questions you might have.

you're getting a lot of recommendations for some pretty expensive clutches....

The entry level street clutches (single disc, organic) from Exedy RPS, and ACT will hold about 500 ft. lbs. of torque. If this is within your goals, anything more will be by choice, not because you'll need it.

I am very happy with my ACT. I daily drive it and have no complaints. It's all a matter of what you want to spend.
