I plan on changing the transaxle, diff and transfer oil soon but if I put in a new clutch or upgrade to a bigger turbo kit do any of the oils have to be drained? Or should I just wait until I upgrade the parts first then put in the new fluids?

yes, when doing the clutch you will have to drain the transfer case and tranny fluid.
