You guys deserve more credit than what people give you. I've seen the flammage on this site, but that doesn't happen when you ask legitimate questions.

Mump that's EXACTLY what's going on. I have an appt. set up with mitsu at 3 to get it checked. Since I'm all stock I shouldn't have any problems. Thanks for everyone's help and I'll keep you posted on the diagnosis.

wish you the best but dealerships, clutches and under warranty are 3 words not commonly used in the same sentence.

I might get some sort of a break seeing as though I've only had the car like 2 1/2 months.

Well just had another mechanic test the car. Clutch is slippin in every gear now. I dunno how long it's gonna last. I guess it's time to start pricing stuff.

If you don't find a good shop down there, definitely hit up our DCEvoClub sponsors. I've had several of them do major work for me, and they generally give DC members a discount as well.

definately wore the clutch out already. 3rd and 4th gear are the highest loads and is where you make the most tq. that is why dynos are 3rd or 4th, you tune in 3rd and 4th, you get maf cut 3rd, 4th, or 5th when its cold and you have some mods and are untuned, your clutch goes in those gears first, etc. you bought it new i take it? 1st high hp stick maybe? read up on some break in procedures for your next clutch. in the first few hundred miles a clutch is very easily worn out. not saying you did but maybe you were riding the clutch too much when you first got it. i know its easy to do, b/c if you need to slip the clutch a little to get her moving and when she is new you want to see what she can do. i try to enage the clutch at 1000-1500 rpms (24k on clutch w/no slip) anyways, g/l hope the dealer replaces it.
