I just installed the JDM MR dv and the AMS LICP.
Car was spiking to 23psi on 91 oct tune. CAr would not go any higher than 24 psi on 100 oct map due to heat? stock dv? boost leaks in piping or connectors? Don't know.
Anyway, on 91 map, 3rd gear pull, car spiked up to 27PSI very quickly, so I let off the gas and smiled! Not because of the 27 psi on 91 oct...I now know that there was a leak somewhere and that by changing these two parts and tightening everything, the car is not leaking anymore.
Now, with the 10.5 hotside and a good tune, I think the car will make some really good power...especially on race gas.
Hope this helps anyone thinking of these parts to install or those that have still not gone over the car checking for leaks.
