im fairly certain, if i get any kind of aftermarket clutch they are going to throw my drivetrain warranty out the window (although alot of good its done me).
But im going into mitsu today to raise some hell and see if i cant get my syncros under warranty and then discuss the clutch situation.
Ultimately i beleave they should replace the syncros under warranty and the clutch under good will.
After all, a clutch is a wareable item like brakes, but who sells a car for 24k with bad brakes?

yeah, if they fix the tranny grinds and clutch without money from my pocket i will be singing from the roof tops how great a dealership they are.
If they dont, ill make sure they are hanging from the bell tower.

I just hope they don't tell you your clutch is the cause of the grinding. There have been several threads on here where people had grinding during shifts and after a clutch install the grinding was gone.....meaning the sychros aren't bad. It would be odd to have grinding in almost every gear.

FYI, I've never had luck with a hand pump. An air compressor works best. I usually build up about 60 psi in the tank, and then turn it off so that the garage is quiet. If you don't have a boost gauge to watch, you should probably regulate the pressure going out to roughly 25-30 psi to ensure you don't overpressurize the engine.

This is only in reference to the clutch, right? What about the synchro issue? $750 for a clutch job that includes a new clutch/flywheel is not bad at all, especially since it's being done at the dealership. I know you didn't expect to pay $750 this soon when you purchased the car, but the stock clutch is really not bad at all. It will last you a long time if you treat it right.
