Wow Frank $2000 below invoice? I hope you can honor that kind of deal since ive heard nothing about that. The deal I know about that the owner is aware of is the $500 over invoice on any new evo.

 

I have seen a S15 conversion with a variable intake stock cam and an HKS 264 exhuast cam. I want to see someone put a 264 exhaust cam on a IX and see what happens.

 

Genrec you requested me to do the same thing when I posted about the $500 over invoice deal. I created a user name and posted on socal evo about the deal then the post got deleted and a notice for advertising was sent to me. I havnt heard anything about $2000 below invoice. Keep in mind I am the service writer here at Riverside Mitsu not a sales person. I will talk to the owner about this deal to see if any of it rings true.

I talked to the owner and he laughed about it. The owner never agreed to $2000 below invoice. Maybe the sales person woke up to a nice bowl of crack this morning. Anyways we do have 2 silver IX MR's selling for $34,773.43 + 500 right now which was the orignal offer I posted 1 month or so ago.

Yeah he will. He is a really nice guy but I dont know what he was thinking. I saw the post and the offer and didnt want to upset anyone on here if they came in for this super killer deal thats not real. Like I said im a service writer I could care less if they sale the cars. Only reason I posted a while ago is to let people know they could come in and get any evo at $500 over invoice with out having to fight with the sales people or having to bargin.

What about a 272 or 280 exhaust cam? That would make for some wicked top end and good spool with the variable intake cam right?

Not to burst your bubble but call them their are some hidden fee's a $595 fee plus a $695 shipping fee. Not saying its not a awsome deal because it is. The owner here said he could match it no problem. The price the owner gave me includes all the add in's that the posted add is leaving out.

HKS Kansai in Japan has fitted a HKS 272 ex cam in their Evo 9 and have yielded great results. Can't do anything bout the intake cam though.
