car shakes then CEL

Guys,

i have exprienced some weird shaking with the car .. all these shaking happened when i was traveling to and from vermont .. this shake would happen at speeds of 70+ .. but not at one particular speed .. it varies all the time .. and a P0300 CEL would come on right away after the shake .. the shaking is a weird vibartion and the car would feel like its losing a cylinder or to that effect .. so i thought it may be the plugs, so i had that replaced and the problem is still there .. does anyone know what this can be ?

and also, this problem occurs even after i upgraded my turbo, mani and 02 housing .. so its not from the turbo upgrade ..

i have run to vermont every winter since i got the car .. and this is the first time i am getting this weird vibartion .. can anyone help ? thanks

most recent mods done right before is Sun Auto Cyber Speed Hyper Voltage system and Sun Auto Hyper Force system .. would i need to replace my stock plug wires ?
