Should i be worried again?

Ok, I got my car back last week after 3 weeks and i had another freeze plug come off, it also turned out that i had a blown head gasket that probl happened the first time. Im so affraid to hit WOT on my car bc of the fear that the freeze plug will come out again. I all my mods are on myh sig, pretty simple stuff. As far as boost, i spike to 22.5 maybe 23 and taper to 19-18 psi, still have the stock pos bov. I think imo, the reason the freeze plug came out the 2nd time was bc i had a damaged head gasket. Hopefully this wont happen again, since everything has been fixed, and i got brand new parts.

you had a freeze plug problem the first time and the dealer covered it. This loss of coolant probably caused you to lose the head gasket.

the blown gasket caused you to pressurize the cooling system and pop the plug a second time.

now that you've fixed the plug and the headgasket you should be gtg.

it sounds like you car done the same thing mine done. this is my story. water pump blew freeze plug, car over heated, took to dealership and got new water pump, 2 days later car blew head gasket, got head gasket replaced, after head gasket replacement car would NEVER hold boost like it should but it was running ok with no stumbling or misfires or anything so i thought it was something other than the head gasket, chased the gremlins for damn near a year, moved from washington state to arizona(military). installed cams down here and sure as ****, it started showing signs of blown heag gasket. did a pressure test and two cylinders are talking. the dealership i work with is REAl cool about things but the service manager is afraid to cover it under warranty because i am HEAVILY modded and his boss would find out. hopefully i will have the car back today or sometime next week
