I just finished stroker install, and took my car out for a spin. after 4-5 miles the CEL comes on with the code PO325-Knock sensor malfunction.. Two questions 1. how do i fix it....2.. will it hurt my motor running with it on, since im only going to 4000-5000 rpms, no WOT during break in!!!

 

2. No, it won't hurt the car while in breakin. You do need to have it fixed before you start tuning....

What engine management are you using?

I'm getting it too and the two things that I can think of are:

1. I have a small leak right after the turbo on the exhaust side which may alter the amount of air that the ecu is getting.
2. I may need to replace the sensor (I have the sensor in hand already).

Anything else that I may get from this thread will be appreciated.
