help me with this ****y *** mainfold lol

ok as you all know EBAY has been home to these awful bootleg *** products made my all kinds of random so called companys , anyways a customer of mine brought me his evo and he's tired of the exaust leaking from his SS auto chrome mainfold so i bought and faced a nice DNP mainfold and well i preped the car to put it on and 3 of the bolts that attatch to the o2 housing will not free up no matter what i do and the only thing i can get in to lossen them is a wrench so my next step i suppose will be to heat them up with a small propaine torch? have any of you had a problem like this and how did you solve it? i shouldnt have to remove the entire turbo and i shouldnt have to cut them out i hope the heat works ohh and please note i used all kinds of catalists and losining sprays well let me know what yall think

have you used the breaker bar?
Mine came out easily with the breaker bar and WD 40.
If that is like welded shut, I think you have to drill them out. Then, do tap and put new bolts or something.

heat the area that the bolt threads into till it starts to glow then get a wrench on the bolt quickly before it cools and give it twist it should turn some then work it back and forth while it cools til it feels loose.

if you can find aerokroil or mousemilk, that stuff is a lot better at penetrating stuborn fasteners. of course make sure to clean off all the sprays before applying an open flame!

a breaker bar is a great way to shear off the bolts. I would not suggest a breaker bar.
