tranmission fixed, now acd is leaking

a little backround, my transmission was grinding 4th to 5th, so i found a dealer to fix it for me with no problems at all....now after 20 min driving i decied to start putting my parents back on my car and i notice the acd level is low, didn't think anything of it, after putting the parts on i went for a drive to set my boost controller and my acd lights were flashing. i look again at the tank and its dropped even more.. has anyone had a leak with their acd, is this something they can fix in one day? any ideas....i need to get back to school spring break is over and im gonna be screwed if its not fixed...oh and should they even touch the acd when dropping the tranny? thats what puzzles me

thanks

Your acd pump is low. They may not have bled it and the drop in fluid may be due to air in the system. Is there fluid leaking under the car that you can visibly see? You need to get the proper ATF fluid for the ACD pump. It says on the reservoir cap which type to use and the Mitsu dealer should have it in stock.

Yes the ACD line gets broken loose when removing the tranny.

If you see no fluid loss under the car, fill the reservoir and see what happens or take it back to the s hitty dealer and make them fix it right. I hate letting the dealer work opn my car and they have only touched it one time....to replace the transfer case...and guess what...it leaks too.

Go straight back to the dealer before something happens. They are supposed to have the MUT-III tool and are supposed to know how to use it in order to properly bleed the ACD after doing the tranny removal.

only thing that he said is that if i get an aftermarket clutch, he doesnt care, but of the district guy has to come check something out, which he doesn't do often at this location because they work on a lot of evo's they will void my warranty on my motor and tranny.... so im not sure what to do...he said i still have a long time, they looked at my clutch and said it looks almost new at 6500...few techs estimated ill get around 35-40k if i keep driving the way i do. i bought the guy lunch a couple days be4 it was done lol just went in to check on it see how theyre doing..so i think im under his good graces now

cheers
