Does the filter element require oil like K&N? How much is it?

It does not require oil . It is $168.00 for the air filter and adaptor.

its already been posted by SHIV and on PRUVEN performance's website that an intake on this car does virtually nothing. I'd spend my $168 somewhere else. Or build my own adapter + $40 filter.
