Controlling the IAC Motor
How can I control my IAC valve without using the ECU or any EMS? Like apply x voltage to x pin type of thing.

My EMS idle circuit does not work and I cant find my stock ECU so right now my car idle surges at 2.5k->3k->2.5k etc...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
