atp has a twin scroll 35r

So I have a atp 3071 turbo with all the supporting mods. My car makes 340whp on a dyno pack dyno. IM putting in a full race manifold and a aqua mist meth kit. IM guessing it will make about 400whp, but I know Im going to want more. So I saw that atp has a new twin scroll 35r turbo, and they said it would bolt up to my turbo kit I have now, and it would fit with my full race manifold. They said the only other thing I need is a new down pipe. Im wondering if anyone has a 35r twin scroll with divided housing from atp.

The GT35R twin scroll isnt a t2 housing it is a t3 housing. it is something that is brand new. no one has used it yet.

This hotside paired with the GT3082 that they sell might be a pretty nice bolt on setup.

Would definitely like to see results with that pairing.

How much would this twin scroll help in spool up & boost response?

Are we talking 200rpms or something more?

to take full advantage of the twin scroll you need a fully divided manifold and twin gates.

On a 35r?

Regardless what you do, you can change the hotside to whatever housing you want. IMO, ditch the twin scroll.

on the atp kit that this guy is asking about. taking full advantage of the twin scroll mainly require that you have a manifold that is truly twin scroll and now just a flange that comes from a 4-1 collector.

twin wasting is not necessary, internal wasting is just as effective as long as it can waste enough to be below the minimum desired (safe) boost. routing hte waste gas is up to the builder's discretion and there are more and less effective ways to do that.
