Are the wires on backwards? did you disconnect the battery before you did this? did you reconnect it? Disconnect the negative on the battery, and re-set the ECU. Maybe it detected you disconnected it. car wont turn over? or you have no power?

Could be a bad Walbro...I think there are a good percentage of ones shipped that are faulty. Do you hear it running?

i took it back out, and hooked it up to my RC truck battery (7.2V) the walbro works fine, i noticed that one of the wires was out of the harness that hooks to the underside of the harness that plugs into the whole pump housing, i replaced that wire, still not starting, will play with it some more.

car turns over fine, there is some electrical issue with the wiring on the pump housing i believe. ill put the stock one in and see what happens.

You probably hosed the wiring and blew a fuse, hows the fuel pump fuse looking?

yeah the black ground wire was out of the harness that runs from the top of the pump to the receiving harness on the outside of the pump housing. i put it in, i still dont hear the pump running. i eliminated the pump as a problem, i hooked it up to a battery and it runs.

as long as you have it plugged in proper, and grounded or whatever it needs, i bet you flew the fuse.
